At Artasticer, we lovingly prepare each item. For our valued UK customers, most orders are carefully processed and packaged within 2–5 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs for standard delivery range from £3–£5, and we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.
International adventures for your art
We're thrilled to share Artasticer's creations globally! International orders are also prepared within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically ranges from 7–21 working days, varying by destination country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. We always recommend tracked shipping for international orders and fragile items to ensure peace of mind.

Kindly include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you, ensuring you're completely happy with your purchase.
Changing your mind or custom creations
Should you have a change of mind, we accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Custom or personalised orders cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty, so please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
